Eric Ross is the Vice President of Business Development at MedSource. Eric’s experience across various segments of the clinical trial industry provides a strong background to his focus on growing sales teams, building market penetration in key new areas and regions, as well as strengthening and building on current client relationships.

Prior to joining MedSource, Eric concentrated on Business Development growth at Chiltern, Ockham Oncology, and various Director and Manager roles at Almac and etrials Worldwide. These companies provided a background that included a mix of large and niche CRO’s as well as clinical trial technology companies with EDC, IVR, and ePRO products. In addition to Business Development, Eric held roles in multiple departments including significant time in Operations as a Project Manager, Product Manager, and Director of Global Support Services.

Eric has multiple published research presentations including Patient Preferences for Reminders in Clinical Trials: Improving both Compliance and Patient Experience; Which ePRO Modality is Appropriate for your Study?; and Converting Paper Versions of Patient Reported Outcome Instruments to Electronic Versions: Identifying the Required Steps.  

Eric received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
