Surveys of real users of CRO services lead to multiple honors
Houston, TEXAS (July 22, 2015) – Recent awards demonstrate that the MedSource approach to clinical research is getting notice among pharmaceutical and biotech companies using CRO services. Honors include a total of five 2015 CRO Leadership Awards and being named one of the Top CROs of 2015.

- Top CROs of 2015. Nice Insight has named MedSource one of the Top 10 CRO companies in the world in the category of Clinical Monitoring. Nice Insight’s Top Companies lists are comprised of the companies that score highest in customer perception. MedSource ranked sixth in Clinical Monitoring. Nice Insight is the market research division of That’s Nice LLC, a science agency that works with some of the world’s leading drug innovators. The results were collected from a survey of more than 2300 responders in the pharmaceutical outsourcing community.
- 2015 CRO Leadership Award. MedSource was honored in five categories (Innovation, Quality, Reliability, Productivity and Regulatory). Awards are presented by Life Science Leader magazine. The surveys and industry research for Life Science Leader also are managed by Nice Insight. They took the top scores in each category then chose the top 10 percent, plus ties, as winners of a CRO Leadership Award. Unlike other industry awards, the only votes that count toward the CRO Leadership Awards are those of the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies using CRO services.
